Register to attend HEALTHINFO IV
There is no registration fee for participating in this conference. All researchers, clinicians, and innovators are welcome to attend at no cost.
HEALTHINFO IV is a hybrid event. Please register before the deadline that matches how you plan to attend:
Not presenting a paper? Register here to attend the sessions on Day 1 (Oct 02), Day 2 (Oct 03), or both days.
Submitting research? Use the paper submission form for Track A or B (peer-reviewed) to be included in the program.
Represent a company? Apply for Track C - Health AI Innovation Forum (non-peer-reviewed) to present your solution and connect with academia and hospitals.
Attend all keynote sessions, parallel tracks, and networking events throughout the conference.
Receive the conference program, book of abstracts, and welcome bag with event materials.
Complimentary coffee breaks and catered lunches on both conference days.
A Gala Dinner will be held on October 02 at 19:00, reserved for invited guests.
Receive a certificate of attendance for participating in the conference.
Access to networking platform connecting researchers and professionals worldwide.
Complete the online registration form with your full name, email address, institution, role (researcher, clinician, student, etc.), and the day(s) you plan to attend.
Review your information and submit the form. Attendance is free of charge - no payment required.
You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and further information about the conference.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to include the paper in the conference program. The author registration deadline is September 28, 2026.
If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify us as soon as possible at healthinfo@uit.edu.vn so we can make the spot available to others.
